The Role
As a Food Expo (Plating) Associate, you’ll help bring our culinary creations to life by plating meals into single-serving containers, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and quality. You’ll work in a collaborative, team-driven environment with 3–4 teammates per shift, handling roughly 1,000 meals daily as we scale.
What You’ll Do
- Plate ingredients into individual meal containers with care and consistency
- Collaborate with a small shift team to hit daily production goals
- Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards in the packing area
- Help the team improve processes and efficiency as we continue to grow
What We’re Looking For
- A strong eye for detail and pride in quality
- Team player mindset and reliable attendance
- Prior culinary or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
